Tessa Lucero, LPCC

Tessa is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She received a Masters of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from New Mexico Highlands University. She is passionate about her work with children and adolescents. Tessa provides individual counseling to children, teenagers and adults in addition to providing couples and family counseling. Her areas of special interest include: play therapy, behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, personality disorders and divorce reactions. She serves each client with compassion and acceptance. Tessa is certified in Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) protocol.
Tessa’s mission is to create a haven of acceptance and to empower growth, healing and personal transformation for her clients. She practices from a structural theoretical orientation and supports individuals and families in restructuring their family system in order to improve patterns of communication and boundaries and restore healthy connections.
Susannah Dourmashkin, LMHC
Susannah Dourmashkin is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). She received her Masters of Science in Counseling from Prescott College with a specialization in clinical mental health counseling. Her mission is to encourage and support wellbeing, strength, and resilience in her clients and community through compassionate and creative individual, couple, and family counseling. Susannah’s areas of special interest include relationships, trauma, and sexuality. Susannah is certified in Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) protocol.
